Gistic served as technical lead in the Arizona State Cartographer’s recent effort to add spatial data download capability to the state’s data clearinghouse, AZGEO. The application’s objective is to allow users to download any spatial data layers in the clearinghouse, in any area of interest, with user-preferred projection and format. The result was the AZGEO data download web application built on Safe Software’s FME Server, with Angular JS and OpenLayers front-end.

His presentation highlighted the AZGEO data download web application, as well as the use of FME for NG911 integration in the Yuma Region and the City of Phoenix’s CAD-to-Oracle-Loader Application (COLA).
