Gistic Research was awarded a contract by the City of Phoenix Development Services Department to upgrade its existing CADD to Oracle Loader Application (COLA) from Visual Basic 6 to a web-based version. The new application will use web services and FME software to load CADD files into the City’s Oracle-based Parcel Management System.
